I am Tiffany, and I offer sound therapy, vibroacoustic sessions, and intuitive grounding and clearing meditations. These offerings were  born ouit of my own journey through chronic illness, emotional trauma, and the search for peace inside a body that often felt unpredictable.

Elevator 304 is more than a name. It's a metaphor for rising up gently from where you are- without judgement, without rushing- using frequencies, vibration, and presence as tools for remembering who you are beneath the noise.
